Authors will need to use the links on the top to register an account, and then login to the system. In the submissions page, click on the button labelled "New Submission" to start submitting a paper to the journal.

For reviewers, please access your assigned manuscript by clicking the link in the invitation email sent to you. Alternatively, you may also access the manuscript if you use the links on the top right to register and login to the system using the same email address as listed in the invitation email.

If you encounter any issues with the submission system, please let us know by emailing the editor.

NOTE: if you are having trouble logging into the system (e.g., you keep being returned to this page), then please clear this website's cookies and try to log in again. E.g., for the Google Chrome browser:

• Click on the icon next to the website address
• Click on Cookies and site data
• Click on Manage on-device site data
• Click on all the trash can icons to remove the cookies (there may be one or two lines)
• Click on done
• Reload the page
• Try to log into the system again
